The International Foundation of Players Academy (IFPA) was founded with a clear purpose: to elevate the standards of pickleball education while helping grow the game around the world.
Through industry-leading instructor certification, player training, and skill-rating programs, IFPA equips players, coaches, and organizations with the knowledge and tools to develop with confidence. Our programs are built around rigorous standards, practical education, and a commitment to continuously advancing the sport.
Since 2020, IFPA programs have been recognized and adopted by pickleball organizations around the world, supporting the development of stronger players, better instructors, and more consistent standards across the global pickleball community.
But our mission extends beyond certification and training. IFPA is committed to making pickleball more accessible, particularly in underserved and developing communities. Through our grant initiatives, we provide equipment, education, and training opportunities to help introduce the sport where resources may otherwise be limited.
Today, IFPA continues to build a global community united by a shared passion for pickleball and a belief that high-quality education should help move the entire sport forward.
